Privacy Policy

What this policy covers
This policy explains how rosenpsych.com, the website, handles information. It does not describe how protected health information is used within clinical treatment. If you become a client, you'll receive a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at intake, which governs your health records and clinical information specifically.
Information we collect
The only information collected through this site is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message field. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and does not require you to create an account.
How it's used
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
A note on the contact form
The contact form is not a secure or encrypted channel. Please avoid including health information, diagnoses, or other confidential details when reaching out this way. Once you're in touch, we'll agree on a secure method for anything clinical.
Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of outside resources (for example, 988lifeline.org, 988colorado.com, and cms.gov). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the site. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
