About me

Evidence-based,
relationship‑driven.

Hi, I'm Lindsay Rosen. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience offering psychotherapy and psychological assessment across schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practice. My background in developmental and clinical psychology gives me a nuanced understanding of how people think, feel, and relate.

My work focuses on helping adolescents and adults better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and adjust to life's transitions. My clients range from high school students figuring out friendships and the occasional spiral over an unanswered text, to new parents surviving on little sleep and questionable advice from late-night Google searches, to high-achieving professionals who look fine on paper but are quietly stretched thin.

Across these different stages of life, I bring clinical insight and genuine curiosity about people's stories, the experiences that have shaped them, and how they've come to understand themselves and the world.
